Refunds and Returns
All products are custom made to order. Each item is produced individually once a purchase is placed. Because of this, returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or change of mind are not accepted.
However, you may request a refund or replacement in the following cases:

The package did not arrive within 30 days (EU) or 45 days (non EU) from the order date

Make sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, the refund or replacement will be processed through our production partner. Belarté will handle all communication on your behalf.

We offer global shipping. Most orders are produced and shipped within 3 to 7 business days.
Delivery times depend on the destination and typically range from 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.
