All products are made to order and produced individually after a purchase is placed. Because of this, customers should review all product details and size information carefully before ordering.

Returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind are generally not accepted unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country, state, or region provides otherwise.

However, you may request a refund or a replacement in the following cases:

  • ⏳ The package did not arrive within 30 days for EU orders or 45 days for non EU orders from the order date

All claims should be submitted within 30 days of delivery unless a longer period is required under applicable consumer law.

For approved claims, a refund or replacement will be arranged by Belarté. We handle all communication with our production partner on your behalf.

Return instructions and the return address will be provided only after a request has been reviewed and approved.

We reserve the right to refuse claims, returns, or refunds where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, inconsistent information, insufficient evidence, unusual claims activity, or where returned items do not match the original order, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
