📦 When will my order ship?

All products are custom made to order.
Production time depends on the product type.

T shirts are usually produced within 1 to 3 business days.
Hoodies and heavier garments require more production time and are usually produced within 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping time depends on the destination country and international logistics.

For most destinations shipping takes 7 to 16 business days after dispatch.

Total fulfilment time is typically between 9 and 21 business days, depending on the product type and destination.


🌍 Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
Delivery times may vary depending on your country, customs processing and local carrier performance.


🔍 Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes.
Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking link by email.


👕 How does sizing work?

Please note that sizing runs slightly smaller than standard for both T shirts and hoodies.

We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit and avoid ordering a size that may feel too small.

Size information is always displayed during product selection.


👕 What if the size does not fit?

All items are made to order so we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind.
Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.


🔁 Can I return or exchange my order?

Refunds or replacements are only accepted if:

The item arrived damaged or defective
The wrong item was received
The package did not arrive within 30 days for EU orders or 45 days for non EU orders


📩 How do I request a refund or replacement?

Please contact us at support@belarteshop.com and include:

Your order number
A short description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Once approved the refund or replacement will be processed through our production partner.
Belarté manages all communication on your behalf.


💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as secure express payment options available at checkout.


🔒 Is my payment secure?

Yes.
All payments are processed through secure encrypted payment providers.


🎨 Are your designs original?

Yes.
All designs are created exclusively for Belarté and are not available anywhere else.


📦 What if my package is returned to sender?

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts reshipping costs may apply.


My tracking has not updated. Is this normal?

Yes.
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear, especially for international shipments.

If your tracking does not update for more than 7 days please contact our support.


🧼 How do I care for my product?

To keep your product in the best condition:

Wash inside out at 30°C
Do not tumble dry
Do not iron directly on the print


Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours after purchase.
After this time production begins and changes are no longer possible.


🌍 Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?

Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.


📧 I entered the wrong email at checkout. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@belarteshop.com so we can update your order details.


🔄 Will sold out designs return?

Some designs are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.


🤝 Do you offer wholesale or collaborations?

For wholesale inquiries or brand collaborations please contact us at support@belarteshop.com.


How fast does customer support respond?

We usually reply within 24 to 48 hours on business days.


🎁 Giveaways and Contests

Belarté occasionally hosts exclusive giveaways created especially for our community.
Participation is completely free and open worldwide.

To enter simply follow the steps described in the official giveaway post.
Winners are randomly selected from verified email subscribers who have completed all required entry actions.

Each giveaway is independently organized by Belarté and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, Meta or any third party.
No purchase is necessary to enter or to win.

Prizes are non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Any entries submitted using fake, duplicate or multiple accounts will be disqualified.

Winners are announced on Instagram and via email on the date specified in the giveaway post.
