Refunds and Returns
All products are made to order which means they are custom printed specifically for you. For this reason, returns and exchanges for wrong sizes or change of mind are not accepted.
However, you may request a refund or replacement in the following cases:
1. The item arrived damaged or defective
2. The wrong item was received
3. The order did not arrive within 30 days (EU) or 45 days (non-EU) from the order date
To submit a claim, please contact directly at support@tapstitch.com. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. All approved refunds or replacements will be handled by Tapstitch.

We offer global shipping. Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Delivery times depend on the destination but usually range from 7–15 business days.
